Rally Racer — Build Instructions

Create the main chassis using 15-module Technic beam frames. Add four suspension mounting points at the corners. The frame uses dark gray Technic bricks and pins for full articulation.

Add four independent double-wishbone suspension units using Technic connectors and shock absorbers (gray + black springs). Front and rear travel ~2 studs.

Attach four black racing wheels (large diameter) with gray hub caps. Front wheels connect to a steering rack using tie rods. Add camber angle to front wheels.

Construct a 4-cylinder engine (4×2×3) behind the front wheels using dark gray and black Technic bricks. Add red intake pipes on top. Engine sits between chassis rails.

Cover the chassis with smooth yellow aerodynamic panels (1×6 curved slopes) front and rear. Add a front splitter (black plate) and rear wing (yellow + black plate on gray pillar).

Create a low-profile cockpit opening using black and yellow plates. Add a racing seat (black bucket seat shape) and five-point roll cage bars (silver Technic bars) around the interior.

Install a rear differential (dark gray gear box) between rear wheels. Connect to engine via drive shafts (silver Technic axles). Add exhaust pipes running along the side.

Add number "77" decal (black + yellow tile) on the side. Place two racing driver minifigures (red + white suits, yellow helmets). Add a rear diffuser (black plate with fins) and sponsor decals.
