Start with a 10×6 red base frame. Attach four black wheels with axles — front wheels slightly smaller. Add yellow wheel hubs.

Construct the Truck Cabin
Build a 6×6 cabin on the front section with red exterior walls. Add a windshield (blue transparent plate) and two side windows. Place two black seat blocks inside.

Add the Water Tank
Build a rectangular tank body behind the cabin (8×6×4). Fill with white bricks at the back. Add silver tank bands (rings) every 3 rows.

Install the Ladder Assembly
Mount a gray ladder frame on top of the tank. The ladder should extend horizontally in stored position. Add silver rungs every 1 brick.

Add Emergency Lights and Siren
Install a red light bar on top of the cabin with alternating red and blue transparent dome pieces. Add a small black siren dome in the center.

Build the Hose Reel
Add a circular gray hose reel on the side of the tank. Connect a black flexible hose (coiled piece) that unrolls. Add two yellow fire extinguishers on the back.

Add Running Boards and Bumpers
Extend red running boards on both sides of the cabin (step plates). Add a chrome silver front bumper and rear tow hook.

Add Finishing Touches
Place two firefighter minifigures (red suits, yellow helmets) in the cabin. Add a "FIRE" sign to the tank side. Install gray stabilizer legs on each side of the front bumper.
